CFP®, RICP®, Wealth Advisor – Life Transitions
Evergreen Financial · Fort Lauderdale, FL
Priya Raman is a CFP®, RICP®, Wealth Advisor – Life Transitions at Evergreen Financial, serving people approaching and living in retirement in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The focus goes beyond the portfolio to the whole retirement picture — Social Security and Medicare timing, income, health, purpose, and lifestyle. Priya helps clients with Widows & Widowers Planning, Long-Term Care Planning, Estate Planning, Family Financial Planning, and Retirement Planning.
Priya works with clients navigating the human side of retirement — caregiving, a spouse's health, supporting adult children, redefining purpose. She pairs rigorous planning with honest conversations about what the money is actually for, so the plan fits the life and not just the spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions
What is Grace, exactly?
Grace is a conversational AI guide built for retirement education. You talk with her by voice or text about your retirement, Social Security timing, health coverage, what you want this next chapter to look like, and she helps you organize your thinking and prepare for conversations with Priya Raman. Grace does not give financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.
How does this work?
Conversations with Grace happen in your own private, secure space, not on this public page. Once you are inside, she asks questions and helps you think through where you stand. What you choose to share can become a summary for Priya Raman to review before your next meeting, so your time together starts further along.
Is this a real conversation or a form?
It's a conversation. Grace responds in real time to what you say. There is no fixed script or multiple-choice form. Go as deep or as brief as you like, and revisit any topic as many times as you want.
Will Grace give me financial advice?
No. Grace educates and helps you organize your thinking. She does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, and she does not recommend specific products, securities, or strategies. Advice specific to your situation comes from Priya Raman, a licensed professional.
What does Priya Raman see?
Only what you choose to share. Before a scheduled meeting, Grace can prepare a summary of what you've discussed so Priya Raman can walk in already informed, but nothing is shared without your knowledge, and you control what goes into that summary.
Is my information private and secure?
Yes. You can use Grace without creating an account. When you choose to share information, it's encrypted and used only to personalize your experience. Your information is never sold, and it reaches Priya Raman only when you choose to share it.
Can I delete my information later?
Yes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We confirm within 30 days. Priya Raman keeps their own records under their own retention policies. Ask them directly if you have questions about what they retain.
Do I have to do a voice call?
No. Voice is available if you'd rather talk it through, but everything works by text too. Use whichever feels more natural.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. This is included as part of working with Priya Raman, at no additional cost to you.
I'm not a client of Priya Raman yet — can I still use this?
Yes. This is available whether you're already working with Priya Raman or just getting to know them. Either way, Grace's role stays the same, education and organization, never advice. The advice conversation happens directly with Priya Raman.
What happens after I complete a session?
Your conversation is saved to your own private history, so you can pick up where you left off. If you're preparing for a meeting, a summary is available for Priya Raman to review, only with your okay.
What if I need help right now?
Grace is built for ongoing conversation, not urgent or emergency situations. If something needs immediate attention, contact Priya Raman directly, or reach out to the appropriate professional or emergency service.
